Described by many members and visitors as the most picturesque golf courses in Atlantic Canada, the course is challenging for the avid golfer with small greens, narrow fairways and strong sea breezes. The recreational golfer will enjoy the quality of the course and the panoramic views that accompanies it. The course is situated on sixty acres of land that juts out into the Atlantic Ocean, adjacent to the Resort. The first 7 holes offer spectacular views of the Atlantic, with Holes 3 - 6 on the shoreline itself!
Our CPGA rated (67.0 with a slope rating of 115) course is 6,200 yards from the blues, 5,860 from the whites and 5,438 from the reds. There are six Par 4 holes (five for Ladies), two Par 3 holes and one Par 5 (two for Ladies). Playing this course affords golfers an opportunity to enjoy majestic ocean views on four of the holes with two holes located near a freshwater pond used for recreational purposes by the resort. For more than 75 years, the White Point Beach Resort Golf Course has challenged golfers of all levels from around the world. This spectacular 9-hole, Par 35, oceanside course was established in 1932, shortly after White Point Beach opened, and continues to be an integral facility within our Oceanside Beach Resort Community.
