Thos fabulous course incorporates many naturalized landscape areas that are environmentally sensitive. We are in the process of receiving full certification from the Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary, and continue to maintain as well as enhance these habitats to ensure the protection of plants, fish and wildlife. Woven through hardwood stands, historic farm fields and orchards is The Links at Montague – Metro Halifax's only 9 hole executive golf course and academy. Designed by Graham Cooke for the enjoyment and playing pleasure of all levels of golfers. The course features shaped fairways and strategically molded bunkers set in natural slopes throughout its 1,880 yards. Three sets of bentgrass tees on each hole lead to bentgrass fairways and greens. All this is bordered by Kentucky bluegrass roughs, set amidst native hardwood and century-old softwoods.
