Testimony from Trip Advisor.com "This Super 8 was recently purchased (in the last year) and beautifully renovated. We were immediately impressed when walking into the lobby. Very warm and tastefully decorated. There is a fairlyprivate area with a computer with internet access for guest use. There is also a cosy sitting area with reading material and a good supply of brochures, maps etc. We booked a (one) queen bed room for 4 nights, but ended up staying an additional night. We were upgraded to a two queen bed room that was very spacious and looked out onto a quiet field. The bathroom wasalso very spacious with a large counter area and completely renovated. The housekeeping was excellent, with the regular Super 8 little soaps, etc., and fluffly towels which were all replenished on a daily basis. The indoor pool was spotlessly maintained, and it is a saltwater one.There was also a hot tub & large change rooms Finally figured out that the towels were kept at the front desk. The continental breakfast is quite adequete with Tim Hortons coffee,muffins and bagels. There is also fruit, cereals, juice, toast and probably more. We were more thank happy with the offerings and enjoyed our breakfast each morning at the table & chairs in our room facing the fields. There is also a family restaurant just across the parking lot and judging from the number of cars, it seemed very popular, especially on Sun am. This proved to be a good base for the touring we did as well as visiting a family member working in Charlottetown for the summer. This is the first time we have ever stayed at a Super 8 and I have a feeling that we were spoiled. This motel is maintained much better than many more 4 to 5 star places. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. On an earlier visit to Charlottetown, we had a very enjoyable stay at the Holiday Inn Express which is perhaps 2 minutes away.
